Seray Akkoyun (b. 1990, İzmir) is an interdisciplinary artist working across painting, collage, digital production, and AI-assisted visual practices. Her work explores beauty, feminine energy, memory, transformation, the body, and creation.

She approaches the human face not simply as a portrait or marker of identity, but as a space where emotion and the inner world become visible. Rather than treating artificial intelligence solely as a technical tool, she uses it as a visual language through which she follows her intuition and explores new possibilities.

Akkoyun studied Photography and Cinematography and Industrial Design at Anadolu University, and Graphic Design at Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts. She holds undergraduate degrees in Child Development and Journalism from

Istanbul University.

Her artistic practice is shaped by personal memory, inner awareness, and the experience of creation. Bringing together different techniques and disciplines, she creates visual narratives around the ways in which we choose among our possibilities, transform, and become something new.

For Seray Akkoyun, art is the act of choosing a state from among countless possibilities and giving it form.
